MODELING AND RAPID PROTOTYPING

PPM provides modelling and rapid prototyping assistance to customers as required. This service has grown in importance for customers, as potential design problems and possible alternatives can be evaluated in a timely (hours/days) and cost effective basis.

• Ppm’s 3-d dimension printer produces abs models from 3-d cad cam files in a matter of hours, for parts upto 12” x 12” x 12”
  • Using this tool, PPM engineers and mold makers can quickly, on a real time basis, work together to adjust and “test” mold designs before making a significant investment in complex and expensive tooling
• PPM has established a strategic partnership with a leading company in this field. To provide expanded services in this increasingly important area for larger, complex projects.
